Sonarrr mark file as downloaded

So I have spent all day trying to get this to work and I just cannot. This is the issue with FreeNAS, and no one can help because things are so shut down that no one know what the heck is going on. I've created users sabnzbd and sonarr as I could see these were the ID's they were using when moving files. I made both part of the same group, and made both the media and downloads full access and still nada. Still no dice But still cannot move files via Sonarr.

I created users based on the plugins pids and then they show up with the username not pid. I tried giving permissions but nada. I've been messing with it for over a month. Followed every guide and just didn't work. Don't want to run it if the next update causes me another month of grief and then just give up with my data locked into freenas. Really wanted this to work.
